These terms cover the DMH K9 members area at dmhk9.com/members, including the installed app on your phone. By signing in you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
1. Who can use it
The members area is for current DMH K9 members, their trainers, and hosts we invite. Accounts are created by DMH K9; there is no self-signup. You must be [BLANK: 18] or older. Your account is yours alone: keep the email address you sign in with secure, and never forward a login link or code to anyone else. If you think someone else has used your account, use “Log out of all devices” in your settings and tell us.
2. What it is for
The members area exists to run your training with us: schedules and signups, private session bookings, your dogs’ profiles and training records, documents we share with you, notices, and feedback. Use it for that and nothing else.
3. Your content
Photos, clips, captions and details you add about yourself and your dogs stay yours. By adding them you give DMH K9 permission to store them, show them to you and to your trainers, and keep them as part of your dog’s training record for as long as we keep that record. Only add material you have the right to add. We may remove anything that does not belong in a training record.
Notes, assessments, milestones and training sheets written by DMH K9 staff belong to DMH K9. We share what we choose to share with you; shared notes are for your own use.
4. Documents we share
Documents and links you are given access to are for your own training with us. Do not copy, post or pass them on without asking. Access to a document can be withdrawn at any time.
5. What other members can see
On an event list, other active members can see handler and dog names, and nothing else. No member can see another member’s dogs, notes, documents, bookings or contact details. Do not try to reach anything the app does not show you.
6. Conduct
- Be straight with us: keep your details current and give accurate information about your dog, including bite history and health.
- Do not use the app to harass anyone, to advertise, or to collect other people’s information.
- Do not probe, overload or try to break the app, and do not use automated tools against it.
7. Events, bookings and cancellations
Signup limits, waitlists, lead times and cancellation windows are shown where you sign up or book, and those rules apply. [BLANK: standard cancellation window and no-show policy]. We can change or cancel an event; when we do, signed-up members are told through the channels they have turned on.
8. Payments, credits and packages
When payments are offered in the app, the price, method and what it covers are shown before you pay. Credits and packages are tracked in your account and are [BLANK: refundable / non-refundable; expiry]. Where a card processor is used, their terms also apply to the payment itself. 9. Dogs, safety and liability
Working dog training carries risk to handlers, dogs and bystanders. Training with DMH K9 is covered by the separate agreement and waiver you sign before training begins [BLANK: name of the waiver / training agreement and where it is kept]. These terms do not replace it. Vaccination and health requirements are set out there and must be current for your dog to attend.
10. Notices
Login links and account emails are part of having an account. Everything else is sent only on the channels you turn on. Text messages: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help.
11. Availability and changes
We may change, add to, pause or shut down parts of the members area at any time, and we may update these terms. When a change matters we will tell you in the app. The app is provided as it is; we do our best to keep it running and accurate but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. 12. Ending access
We may pause or end your access if you break these terms, if your membership is paused or ends, or if we need to for safety. You may ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep afterwards.
13. The platform

14. Law and disputes
